PetMax is absolutely amazing. I love supporting small family-owned businesses but this store really makes it easy on the wallet. I have been shopping at this store for over 10 years. We bought 500 crckets at oct 3th,and they all dead in two day,we went back yesterday tand buy another 500, but only find out about 100 of them dead again,after came home from work, we buy crickets over a dozen times sofar,from 20cricket to 1000 crickets at one ,and never any thing wrong, we did talk to the sale people at the shop yesterday.and they too ，no clue. Can same one tell me why?
