When we moved to Athens we were not sure who would know anything about the Baxi Boiler our radiant heating system has, but Rick Hurlbert at Inter-Climate is the Boiler Whisperer. He had it apart, cleaned and running great in no time. He even inspected our propane tanks and piping and noticed our gas pressure was low, so he set that too. Everything works great! They now look after all our maintenance and repairs. Skilled Technicians, no doubt about it !

Very pleased with the service. The Technician, Alan, was prompt, courteous & helpful. He listened to our description of the problem with our drier & he conducted tests, describing each to us, to find the problem. He tried 3 parts that he had in his truck but none would fit our drier, hence he put in an order. When the part arrived, Alan called us, near 4:00 pm on a Friday, and asked if it would be ok if he came to install the new part. We appreciate his dedication and customer service.
