Hung is a very good and experienced mechanic who explains the problem and repair. My experience has been that he can diagnose a problem accurately and efficiently, so you are paying for actual repair instead of the run-around that comes with inexperience, incompetence and an I-couldn't-care-less attitude. we bought our vehicle there at a very reasonable price and was very happy with the overall experience. unfortunately it broke down a week past the expiration of the warranty which was 50/50. we decided to call them anyway to see if there was anything they could do(expecting a small discount) well not only did these guys lend us their loner car wile it was being fixed but they fixed it free of charge!!
I would recommend woods auto to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service.
