Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. Jim Young Collision/Fix Auto Gateway is the most outstanding shop I have ever visited. I have brought both my personal vehicle here for collision repair and my classic car for restoration services. The service I received was excellent, the lady in the office was friendly and thorough, and Joe was so knowledgeable, the collision work on my personal vehicle was awesome and he absolutely knocked my classic vehicle restoration out of the park.
