I called Day by day and not only did they offer exactly what I wanted but they were less expensive than almost all of the other options I had. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Kevin came to our place in Burlington and would not leave till he found the issue with the elliptical we have. He was sure it did not need a part and/or a return visit, costing us more money.
