Service was excellent and the food presentation was that of a class house but with moderate (a pleasant surprise) pricing. My first visit and definitly not my last. It's 1 week later and I'm bringing my family back with me to dine. The rainbow trout grilled in parchment paper was fabulouse and worth reccomending to my gang.

First visit to this cozy little restaurant where we enjoyed a nice meal on the patio. Food was amazing and service as well. Definitely recommend for a casual night out with family and friends. We ordered the pizzas and grilled calamari as an appetizer. Delish!

We go here alot and service is the most consistant we have experienced anywhere. Very rarely is service slow and we have never experienced unfriendly or rude service. The only time the service is slow is when the restaurant is extremely busy but even then it is above 80% of other places. Absolutely loved the service from Erica. Very friendly and proffesional. Servers are always very pleasant here even when busy. Once our food came out cold but they took it back and fixed it for us no problem and the manager came over and asked us how things were. This NEVER happens ANYWHERE else!!!

I would like to thank all the fine staff at Santo's for a very successful and fun evening yesterday. Our particular thanks to Mario and Maria for the culinary skills. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. I have had comments such as "that is the best Chicken Marsala I have ever tasted", "the food was excellent and so fresh", "the decor was lovely", "fantastic desserts, especially the tiramisu". Went there for a family function about a month ago. Overall, I found the place to be very good. The portion sizes were good and the food was tasty.
The veal was too salty but still tasty.
Not sure if I would go back there for a 2 person dinner but it was a nice place for 30 people to eat at.

I've been going there for over 20 years, and most of the time I have a chicken sandwich, which I have to say is the best in Ontario. The service is always excellent, as they know their clients well, a lot of them have been going there for over 20 years as well.
