Patenaude school of martial arts is a great place to sharpen your skills weather its on the ground or in the stand up. they have a great instructor sifu dan and a good group of solid ppl on the team to work with. Ive learned a lot and owe a lot to patenaude for the skills and knowledge ive learned. its also helped me mentally and physically. A great place to train for anyone at any lvl.

Brent gave me nothing but honesty from the start, even recommending NOT having him insulate a part of my home because it would be a waste of money. Got my business because a competitor did not return a scheduled call to perform an estimate. Not an issue here. Brent was always in direct contact with me. Guys doing work were polite and knowledgeable. Mess was cleaned prior to leaving and very reasonsble prices. Now my upstairs is soooo much cooler.
