I had an amazing experience with Neil and the team at Carstar Oakville East! I received a competitive estimate and free shuttle service to/from home. The work was finished earlier than promised, and when I went to pick up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out. You can't even tell there had been damage! I can't recommend the staff and service at Sil's enough! As a woman, I've had negative experiences at the dealership...but here, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. Their service advisors explain the required work in a way that's easy to understand.
Little extras go a long way, too, like vacuuming and cleaning, pick up and drop off service, and even a complimentary roadside assistance program and extended warranty on work. Referrals are rewarded too!
I personally don't take the Go Train but they're located right next door so this would be really convenient if you leave your car there all day! This is a family business with family values.

Called to speak with Paul,was told he retired.I requested an oil change for my 2015 Rav 4,Mo the new owner was very friendly and understanding, got my oil changed,he swapped my rear wheels that were put on incorrectly as oer tire rotation, fixed my front bumper that was backed into at square one parking garage.I will also bring my aluminum boat and motor to be looked at,great service

During an oil change, they provided me with an free estimate for brake service that I needed. I subsequently went in for the work and got upgraded parts w/o affecting the original estimate. Staff was friendly. I will definitely bring my car back.
