Dr. Harvey has taken great care of first my parents pets, them after moving back to Canada many years ago my babies. When on a Sunday afternoon a german shephard grabbed my little maltise and shook him to within an inch of his life, Dr Harvey did not hesitate to rush down from his home up towards mountian somewhere to give emergency care to ToTo.
