Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. Kevin Goosen and his two tradesmen were extremely professional.
Kevin made me a custom water catchment tray for under my new large hot water tank that he brought with him which was very much appreciated. The other two tradesmen who did the gas line and the plumbing did an outstanding job. I could tell that all three of them knew exactly how to do a job properly. I can honestly say that I was extremely pleased with Class A Heating and would highly recommend them to anyone.
