My A/C stopped working during a heatwave and Ezra made time in his schedule to come by and fix the unit. I have used First Klass a couple more times for odd jobs and everyone I've dealt with was amazing. When looking at air filters, they took time to explain differences in each option and didn't try to upsell me. I wish all trades were as easy to deal with as First Klass. Highly recommend!!!

Val is the most amazing person doing alterations around! She completely changed my wedding dress to exactly what I wanted. She saw me multiple times and accommodated me as Im not from Kelowna.
