I have used Waterdown collision twice in the past year and they have done an outstanding job on my 2019 Ford Ranger. Incredible customer service. I was on a long road trip with my family when a tire went flat. It was not repairable. They got me back on the road with a new tire within a short amount of time for a great price. So thankful for them and the kindness they showed my family.

This is my first time at Felix Automotive Co. Felix car repair shop on #6 Hwy was recommended by 2 ladies, widowed, and are very pleased with the work they have done along with the extended hours they have.

Its a great shop, very customer focused and really works with the clients when making decisions on what to do next, they might be 5 percent higher in costs, but the work is done right the first time, so its worth the drive to Carlisle. I would recommend them without hesitation.
