The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. One can find all kinds of teas, from Wulong to Mucha, from China to Japan to Korea. The store is clean, selection is decent even with the Covid 19, staff is generally helpful. Their prices are good, beyond competitive on most things though you do need to watch the expiry dates on some items. Only time I shop elsewhere these days is if they dont have something I absolutely need.
