Professional, very knowledgeable, but mostly kind and pleasant to deal with. Had a few cassette tapes to be transferred to a CD. They invited me into the recording room and let me sit and listen to all my tapes for almost two hours. Then the owner edited the music and transferred it right away onto a CD. A new loyal customer!! Twice I have gone to Jiffy Lube. Both times two different gentlemen said that even though that dates were right on my reminder sticker , it was not time as I had not driven it around enough. All looked good and all I needed was a top up. Each time I left paying for just that. They could have charged me the full deal twice, I would be none the wiser. My first time there, they stayed past closing time so I could have my hair done, and since I was in a rush, two of the hair stylists stayed late so they could BOTH work on my hair.
