I Just called to adjust a booking. I was put on hold, however, the staff member came back on the line 3 times to tell me she hadn't forgot about me. When she came back for the 3rd time she said she was sorry but they were very busy and took my number and said she would call me back. Her name was Tracey.

Stayed on 7Jan2013. Great staff great room. Breakfast was perfect though I wish there could be more fresh fruit. Forgot my shaving kit but front desk had everything for me I needed complimentary. Excellent hotel in line with the holiday inn standard
