This hotels is truly beautiful with spacious suites that have kitchenettes and flat sceen tvs. The breakfast is great and the rooftop offers an amazing view. The only problem is its location- don't walk around the neighbourhood at night- not too friendly.

The Primrose hotel has everything I need for a great stay when in Toronto. The rooms are large and priced affordably, the staff are super friendly, and the whole place is well kept. When I travel I don’t need all the fancy frills the higher priced hotel have (I don’t really need a tv in the bathroom), and this place is the perfect choice for those wanting good, clean and affordable hotel rooms.

The Space:
Bright basement apartment with a living room, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 beds), and a 55” TV with Netflix, Disney Plus, Crave, and Amazon Prime. Central A/C and heat. Living room has a chair that converts into a single bed.
Guest Access:
4-person outdoor hot tub (no use after 11 pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends), and a trampoline. No alcohol or glass in the hot tub. Separate entrance. You may hear us (a family with two older kids) during the day, but no noise at night.
