WAC The Winnipeg Arts Council Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation with charitable status, charged by the City of Winnipeg to distribute funding to arts organizations and artists, to manage the City's Public Art Policy, and to foster development of the arts for the people of Winnipeg. The Rob-Lyn story begins with Barry Adams. Barry first began working in the financial industry in 1966, as an insurance representative sponsored by Great-West Life. In 1976, Barry founded Rob-Lyn Financial (named after his two children) on the principle of protecting and doing what is right for clients.
