Tito’s was named by the 2 original Lebanese owners in 2007. This name was derived from the Arabic movie “Titos”. In August 2008 it was purchased by a Palestinian with roots in mechanical engineering. Mr. Mazen Assaf, a Jordanian who was born and raised in Kuwait and got his education in the States.
He was passionate about food and cooking while he was studying and then he was laid-off from his engineering position here in G.P. when the economy got really bad. After a lot of challenges Tito’s Bistro & Cafe’ was born again and kept growing in popularity among the Grande Prairie ethnic food lovers. Since then it has always been valued for its excellent and great HALAL fresh tasting food.
