The Richmond Hill Public Library has served the community for more than 150 years. The Library has over 66,000 active users with on average 20,000 people per week coming to the libraries, using services, resources and programs. It serves the population of approximately 165,000 Richmond Hill residents through its four branches: Central Library, Oak Ridges Moraine Library, Richmond Green Library and Richvale Library.
