I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. iI have brought my two diesel VWs to Ian since the mid-2000s. He has done major servicing on the newer one, including change the timing belt, change out the front springs for taller ones, and install a 1 inch lift for the rears. When I found a donor parts car for my original VW, we struck a deal for him to swap parts off the running car for better ones off the dead one. Then he bought it for more parts for his race car. No complaints whatsoever!!
