IMS is a dry needling technique for patients with chronic pain and long standing musculoskeletal problems. Colleen has taken special interest in the concept of core stability and has developed an exercise program to help people improve their spinal stabilization. She has been involved in the treatment of many athletes involved in running, gymnastics, dance and contact sports. Colleen stays fit by running, skiing and gardening.
