Professional, courteous, above and beyond. They even kept my non prescription sunglass lenses for me for over a year when I switched them out for prescription. I ended up getting laser eye surgery a year later so wanted my non prescription lenses back. To my great surprise, they’d kept them “just in case”. They also have the nicest designer frames. While Zen is our favourite Japanese Restaurant, my boyfriend and I have enjoyed dining here for their enoki maki (thin slices of beef wrapped around enoki-Japanese mushrooms). Their nigiri and sashimi while delicious is not a priority for us to order as they serve very thin small pieces for the price you pay.
We have also had their sukiyaki (we cook ourselves on the table) and it is large enough for 3 people, although much more expensive ($60 for 2 people which includes rice and raw egg for dipping) than other restaurants where we have enjoyed the same. The sukiyaki comes traditionally (as they served), with slices of thin sukiyaki beef, tofu, Chinese cabbage, green onion, oyster mushrooms, shitake mushrooms and regular mushrooms, transparent thin noodles and onion. Their broth was excellent-not too sweet. A great meal to have on a cold day.

For all you can eat Ginza can't be beat. The staff is super friendly and the service is quick and attentive. The food is great and I would totally recommend it for all you can eat sashimi, sushi, and teppanyaki. I've been to various all you can eat Japanese Restaurants in Vaughan and Ginza is by far my favorite.
