It's unfortunate that the previous reviewer had a bad experience with this business, as ours was completely the opposite.
Firstly, the shop on Lakeshore Rd is completely accessible to those with mobility issues, as other computer places in the area are not. The owner of the business made a house call, took care of our technology problems, was generous with his time and charged us very reasonably. We will definitely use them again. Great for older folks frustrated with their computer equipment!

Outstanding service overall! Had an urgent issue with a work computer that they assisted with right away so that I did not lose any significant work time. Staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly, and went out of their way to fix the issue. Thank you so much especially to Patrick!
