I don't know who wrote the other two reviews about our manager Ranaa but I can tell you from my experience of living here for many years that Ranaa is not racist. Whenever I have a problem, she makes sure that it is taken care asap.
The location is fantastic, the staff very friendly and the place is very clean. I feel lucky and privilege to live in Le Parc.
