Not-for-profit agency providing counselling services and groups to individuals 12+ in the Greater Fredericton Area since 1974. We offer subsidized rated to those without access to private insurance for individual counselling based on family size and income.

My goal is to assist you in achieving a deeper awareness and appreciation of yourself and your strengths, as well as knowledge and skills for continuing growth. When substance abuse or a damaging behaviour occupies a central place in a person’s life, that person is addicted. Addicts spend most of their time, energy, and money on their addiction. Alcohol, tobacco, medications, or drug use is regular, predictable, and usually frequent. Addicts no longer have control over their substance abuse or damaging behaviour. They engage in it even if it causes family, financial, legal, or other problems.
