Billy`s has soup that is the best in Windsor , the service is very good and its always nice to see Billy smiling in the kitchen as you walk though the back door . I recomend this place to everyone!!!!!

For years, Thai Palace has been one of my favorite restaurants to go to for lunch and dinner. The prices at lunch are at a great price, which include a soup or salad. There are dinner specials as well during the week. The food tastes phenomenal, the vegetables are fresh, and the service is always consistent. The atmosphere always feels warm and welcoming. If you haven't had the food here yet, definitely give it a try! Its the perfect place for all occasions!
