I have been going to the yoga barn for almost 3 years. It is by far the best yoga class I have ever taken. After a long day at work it's what I look forward to. I love the heat , and Jenny is a fantastic instructor. I see the change in my body since I started. I would rather give up my wine that give up my hot yoga.

During the 1990s the Muslim community in Halifax grew rapidly and exceeded 10,000 Muslims due to influx of new immigrants mostly from the Middle East region following the first gulf war. During that time, the Maritime Muslim Academy (used to be called Halifax/Dartmouth Islamic School) was using the Dartmouth mosque for its classes.
