Hello, my name is Aly Simonsmeier. I came to Canada nine years ago to search for new experiences after a long career in emergency nursing and nutritional education in the UK. I certainly found what I was looking for… The love of my life, Andy, a local farmer whose family have successfully farmed in this area for over fifty years, selling grain and vegetables distributed all over the world. I had the pleasure of working with special needs individuals, and people suffering with addictions whilst in Edmonton, and I welcome my staff from all backgrounds to be part of this very special team. I have always had a passion for food (and wine) and have loved travelling to various countries sampling foods of the local culture. My core beliefs, at this stage of my life, consist of a need to help others, to give as much of myself in gratitude for the wealth of opportunities I have been given.
