The PAMC was formed in 2000 by a group of family physicians who have been active in obstetrics in South Surrey-White Rock for many years. We provide team-based pregnancy care and have obstetrical admitting privileges at Peace Arch Hospital, where we deliver babies every day on our brand new maternity ward.

Frans has established a unique relationship with local growers to help him create special orders. The orders are placed over the phone or online and then picked up in-person in the Fraser Valley. When a request comes in for flowers not available locally, they are sourced from out of the country. At the auction, flowers are sold via Dutch auction system. This means that the prices start high and then go lower until the first buyer purchases the first lot. The process repeats, starting high and dropping, until all the lots are gone.

We are pleased to offer the 90 minute traditional Hot class as well as our very popular 60 minute Hot class. Our 60 min Hot is convenient for those on a tight schedule, as well as those who enjoy a little more variety in their hot practice.

Dr. Russell moved back to White Rock, British Columbia in 1995 after spending 2 years in Kelowna, BC.
