What stands Tech 9 Home Inspections apart from the other Inspection companies, is my complete Inspection process. I will enter crawlspaces deemed to small for other Inspection companies. I will enter attics and perform a proper inspection of the attic structure and its components. I have taken courses relevant to Residential Inspections and Code related courses. My knowledge of building Science helps identify future issues before they happen. I go beyond my Standards of Practice to give my client the best inspection possible. I actively show pictures of inspections on Facebook of homes and the issues I find on a regular basis. My reporting software allows me to show my clients pictures of problem areas in detail. This allows my client to refer back to the report and helps reference issues that need to be addressed. Tech 9 Home Inspections has been in business since 2010.
