I took my increasingly unstable 2006 Murano in to them for a lot of work and new tires. What I received back drove like a brand new vehicle. All proposed work was itemized and explained in detail with a very fair price attached. I was so imprssed with the professional customer service. I was on a very limited budget and they provided a reasonable price for the services I needed. My job requires that I have a vehicle that is in good working order and Dalzell's helped me to meet that requirement. once again Richard saves the day! Had my Tiguan in for oil change and check engine light FLASHING !!!! Scary! FIXED ! And through all this nasty cold snap (longest since 1998-and not done yet) she has amazed me just by starting!
