Early Years Education System (EYES) goal is to educate and empower children. Our intellectual and educational reforms have completely revolutionized the educational system. Our EYES child care focus is on developing emotional intelligence and values along with social, physical, cognitive and intellectual skills.
Kids Connection Care and Education offers Child Care programs for children 18 months to 12 years in Richmond Hill, Markham and Vaughan at our 8 locations. We are a non denominational, community based, non-profit organization, serving children 18 months to Grade 6 and licensed under the Day Nurseries Act of Ontario. We incorporated in April 1991 and operate with a volunteer Board of Directors elected from parents and community members.
We provide care for toddlers ages 18 months and up, preschool children and early school age up to 10 years old. Our programs encourage children to explore their environment at their own pace with a hands-on approach that stimulates natural learning. The continual enhancement of social, emotional and physical development is a major focus. Our programs provide opportunities for children to make choices based on their natural desire to learn new things and become more self-reliant. We also place emphasis on learning to get along with others. We encourage the development of both intellectual and athletic talents.
The Glen Park School Council (GPSC) plays an important role in supporting the school and all its students and their parents. The council is made up of volunteer parents and school staff and meets at least four times during the school year. It is a great way to find out about what is happening around the school and to meet other parents and form new friendships.
