I went here today to get a manicure. It was only $30 but I tipped the girl $10. She was very polite and sweet, and explained to me what she was doing. Only problem I had was it was the polish was a bit messy but this was probably because I told her I was running later than expected for an appointment. I'd go again when I have more time because they have really decent rates and a decent-looking staff

I have heard many wonderful things about Copper Lane...so I decided I would try them out. I booked really last minute and got scheduled in with Emmy for a colour. I was really nervous and was crossing my fingers for a good experience. When I showed up, my stylist introduced herself and offered me coffee with a smile. The atmosphere of the salon was very comfortable and professional. Emmy went over what colour line she was going to use on me and why. She seemed very knowledgable about colour and put me at ease. She went over how Matrix would lock in my colour and put more shine into my hair compared to the other colour lines they use. My hair has always faded and dried up after just a month of colour. So I was very happy to hear she could solve my issue. When she was done...it looked amazing. She was right! SO MUCH SHINE! Its been almost 3 months and that shine has not gone away and my hair has barely faded. I have another appt pre-booked with her soon but to be honest,I dont even have roots really. This never happens to me! I would really recommend seeing her as a stylist. She has been wonderful to my hair and very creative to my updos when I have gone.(She makes my fine hair STAY in a boho wave for 3 days.) Even if you're not looking for a new stylist I would go there to check out their Kevin Murphy line. I have had such a tough time finding Kevin Murphy and they carry the whole line. It's the only truly organic line and it its PETA approved! I have used Pureology, Alterna and Aveda and nothing has really worked on my hair. That line has changed my hair and has actually made it healthy! My hair hasnt grown in 2 years and since I have started using their Young Again oil treatment my hair has grown a few inches within a month! I curl my hair EVERYDAY (I know, I am awful to my hair.) and now its finally growing and being healthy again. Please check this salon out and my girl Emmy!

Had lots of problems getting my son's hair cut properly and he wasn't a fan of the scissors or razor.... They were awesome! Very patient with both my 5 yr old and my 1 yr old. Made us feel very comfortable and everyone is cheery and welcoming. The boys hair looked great and was cut the way i asked! Trina did a great job and is wonderful to have as a stylist!

It was my first experience at Escada, & I couldn't have been happier with the results. I got a cut& colour, and it turned out wonderfully. Their staff was exceptional, and their product are high quality. I'll be going to this salon regularly, as it is quite difficult finding just the right salon in the city.
