I attended an appointment at Opus Glow Concept Spa in Whitby on Saturday April 27. The experience was by far the best spa experience of my life. I have previously worked in the Salon and Spa business for 17 years, and have visted many Spa's as a client over the years, and none can compare to or come close to the service and attention to detail that I experienced at this spa. My Esthetician's name is Sandra and she was so very professional and efficient while being informative, friendly and warm during all my services. If you want a true spa experience with a peaceful zen atmosphere, and a healthy natural approach to skin and beauty, then this is the Spa for you. Outstanding. Three and a half hours of bliss. I will never attend another spa, this is the spa for me, and only minutes from my home and office.

I HATE having my hair cut. I could care less about it and it's always a pain to get...until I went here. Not only did I have a fantastic conversation (been back 3 times now!) But had an excellent cut. They listened when I said I'd like to try a change and offered a sensible option. Tried it. Love it. Never had so many compliments. All of them are wonderful. I will continue to return regularly. It's a NO APPOINTMENT place so if you have to wait? That's just what it is. Don't take it out on them. They are always working hard when I get there AND treating customers very well!
