People with mild to moderate sleep apnea can benefit from wearing an anti-snore mouth appliance, which prevents the tongue from blocking the airway. An anti-snore mouth appliance also prevents the teeth from grinding against each other. We recommend regular check ups with Dr Helen Kuo, to detect cavities at an early stage. We can restore by filling with restoration, if they are left unattended we may have to proceed with a root canal or endodontic treatment or crown to protect the tooth.
