Before getting my teeth whitened professionally, I had tried doing it at home with whitening toothpaste or special kits. The results were okay, but I knew I could get better results at a dental clinic. After, putting it off for a couple of years, I finally decided to take the plunge and schedule an appointment.
My experience at Rosedale Family Dental Clinic was outstanding from the time I arrived to the time I left. From the moment I first walked into the office I was amazed by how warm and inviting the office space was. It did not have the cold, sterile environment I had experienced at other dental offices. I knew right away that this was not going to be a typical dental appointment. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease.
Rosedale Family Dental Care is definitely my new choice for all of my future dental procedures. The overall feel of the office was nice and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to answer my questions. Dr. Archer was professional and very friendly. Honestly great dental work, I've never had an issue and my issues have always been resolved very well.
However, as other reviews have mentioned I would appreciate if Doctor Johnston treated her staff with more respect. They work quite hard and I feel very awkward when they are chastised in front of me after what I thought was stellar work on my cleaning and X-rays.
