Hi....At approximately noon today (Saturday, March 10) I came through the drive thru at this particular Tim Hortons. A person by the name of Ike answered the drive thru order board. He identified himself and was VERY FRIENDLY and I really enjoyed ordering from him. He could speak English fluently and it was a nice experience dealing with him at the drive thru at Tim Hortons. He really made my day. It would be nice if all Tim Hortons personal were as PR friendly as he was. Please pass on to him that he was really welcomed by myself at this location. In July 1993 I was appointed to be a Province of Manitoba Marriage Commissioner. Since that time I have officiated at more than 1,600 weddings. Becoming a marriage commissioner was a perfect fit for me. In January 2014, I became a certified funeral celebrant would be another perfect fit for me.
I retired from my government career with Manitoba Health in January 2015. This has given me more time to focus on my true calling — performing wedding ceremonies and officiating at funerals and celebrations of life.

I was educated at the University of Manitoba and spent eleven years earning three degrees. I learned a lot about human behavior, but over the years my clients have taught me a whole lot more. Third, happiness is a journey, not a goal or a destination. And forth, no one is more important than you are, although other people are also important (just not more important than you are). When we forgive ourselves for being imperfect and make good choices that give us the opportunity to have our basic needs met, we make it possible to experience peace and times of happiness.
