Growing up in Chilliwack, I graduated from Timothy Christian School in 1983. After working for Custom Upholstery Ltd for four years, I purchased the company in 1987. In 1988, I married my wife, Debbie and settled in Chilliwack. After enjoying several years as a business owner in downtown Chilliwack, I ventured into the construction industry and started a vinyl decking company in 1995. 'Aqua Deck' grew even during the slow economic times; however, by 2004 I was ready for another challenge. I sold that business and started Denbie Homes. I enrolled with National Home Warranty and started building spec homes. Since then, I have enjoyed varied challenges including custom homes, multifamily developments and commercial projects. I continue to attend conferences to keep up to date on current trends and standards in the construction industry. The experience I have gained has been vast, not only learning basic and complex construction, but also insight into all aspects of the industry working together.

Liberty Contract Management Inc. was incorporated as a construction company in 1998 by Ken Zukiwsky. Prior to starting Liberty, Ken has worked with major construction companies in the capacity of Estimator, Project Manager and Senior Executive Management. The primary focus of Liberty Contract Management Inc. is Construction Management of new construction and renovation projects in the institutional, commercial and industrial sectors of the construction industry. Our team has developed an expertise with design and construction of institutional projects. Each key member of our staff has had positive and successful experience with construction of municipal projects including the construction and renovation of Fire and Police buildings and schools. Most of the renovation projects were completed during full occupancy and continual operations.
