It has just two tables, but a versatile build-your own menu means there are lots of options and the food tastes fresh and yummy. The restaurant is mostly open to the street, but on the second level (across from Crews Tango) so it was great to sit there during pride and watch the crowd with a little breathing room.

The service here is great. I'm obsessed with the Singaporean-style slaw to the point where I've drove across the city just to get it as take out.
The portion is great to save for a quick bite the next day.
The tables are a bit close together in the room off the main room but the attentiveness of the servers makes up for it!

I live near Queen and Spadina and have had some difficulty with finding decent low-medium priced sushi. Toshi is across from where I take spin class and I noticed that the sign indicated that the chef was Japanese so I decided to try it out. I found the fish to be fresh, the restaurant to be clean and the service to be attentive. They service appropriately sized rolls and nigiri, as opposed to the giant pieces that many other establishments serve (this is a good think IMO). Overall, very good meal and I think I will be frequenting Toshi a great deal.

I never expect I can find a place where you can have a good food and service. First time when I went in Lotus Garden for lunch, I was little worry about place because outside sings were looked old. But i was surprised the food and service were excellent. Especially the Slat and pepper Chicken wing and Crispy Squid, on My gosh, they are amazing . At the same time, their service were friendly and they can play jokes with you. just like you are their friend. their atmosphere is very suitable for eating and you can relax. especially the classic Chinese music, really interesting and enjoyable. I strongly recommend this restaurant for your friends and family.

There's no shortage of pho in this city, and hasn't been for some time. But this Ossington Strip Vietnamese restaurant is an enduring superstar in this department. The best in the city, many claim of this cultured soup, singling out the Golden Turtle's take on a rich, secret-recipe broth and the abundance of flavourful balls floating therein. The satay and fishball pho are particular standouts. Much ink is also spilled over the house-made buns (the shrimp gets special mention), good-greasy spring rolls and the whack of yummy milkshakes to punctuate the meal.
