We have been in practice for 25 years, 18 years of which have been in our present location in Uptown Waterloo.

I have been a Registered Massage Therapist, and working in Oakville, since 2004. I am registered with the College of Massage Therapists' of Ontario, and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario, and soon to be a member of the Society for Oncology Massage. There are so many aspects and benefits that Massage Therapy has to offer that I love. Being apart of a clients recovery process, that being surgery, injury, cancer, stress, depression..etc. has been so rewarding. It continues to motivate and push me to learn more and offer more to my clients and their health care. Over the years I have expanded my knowledge and interest in areas such as Oncology Massage, Sports Injury Therapy and incorporating Spider Tech Tape with the treatment and recovery of injuries. With every course that I take and implement into my practice, it has benefited my clients in so many ways.
