Recently, I had my teeth cleaning done at the Bentall Dental Clinic in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front. They were very welcoming and full of positive energy. I'm usually nervous visiting the dentist especially a new place but it was a fun and relaxing experience. My dental hygienist was very personable and attentive and ensured I was comfortable at all times. She was very thorough with the cleaning and I knew I was in good hands. I then met with one of the dentists to conduct my first visit evaluation and both him and his assistant were professional and open to answer all my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office even though you don't live close by. I live in the Fairview area and drove down because I heard the service was excellent and it was true!! Thank you to the Bental Dental team for a wonderful experience!

The title says it all. I am a big believer in the hand-written thank you note after job interviews or other business transactions. Most of the time, as a guy, even a griffinguy, you are given two choices for thank you cards...boring and flowery. Not at Buchan's. I recently used Buy Sell & Trade to get rid of a bunch of stuff around my house. I registered on their site and had some trouble so sent an email to their web master. He phoned me in the evening (ok, I was shocked!) and walked me through getting registered. I posted my stuff and within 20 minutes had received my first call. Best of all, all the ads online are also printed in their paper. To me that kinda covers all the off line people. I'm pleased with how easy the process is to use their site and that all the ads are checked for scams.
