Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy.

I hired Laurdon to do the install of my septic system, which involved tight spaces/clearances. I was really impressed with the service the provided and they took very good care of my property. I was concerned a retaining wall was going to be damaged but they reinforced it and prepped it prior to conducting the dig. After the job was done, they ensured all grading was done properly and cleaned up. Professional workers and genuine people. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
