The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. They were busy and helpful to all the customers.

My mother lives at Augustine House, and it is the best thing that happened to her, and for us. She is so well taken care of that she doesn't even want to stay with us any longer. She is totally at home in this beautiful place filled with amazing, caring and happy staff, with lovely gardens, incredible ammemities and spotless accommodations. Brett and his crew Cory and Jared and one other fellow (forgot his name) were very professional and were here 1/2 hour before their scheduled job time. They were very friendly and i liked the fact that Cory made sure i was satisfied and asked if there were any other branches that i wanted off the trees we were getting cut. Brett was very friendly and professional taking pictures in order to give us a more accurate quote. Cleaned up the job site and was done in a very short time. Overall you will be happy with hiring this company for any tree work. Very satisfied and will tell others.
