I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. We love to come out and enjoy the fantastic food and great service. The staff makes this restaurant an amazing one, from the front door to the servers to the kitchen staff and everyone else in between it really has that family restaurant feel. The prices are great and the wait times are almost always spot on or less than first mentioned. We always love come back and recommend this restaurant to all of our friends. And I almost forgot to mention THEY MAKE BEST MOZZARELLA STICKS IN THE CITY.

I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty
