I discovered that my Samsung Dryer wasn’t heating up anymore this morning and after some trouble shooting I decided to search for a repair technician who could come in on the same day. Luckily i stumbled upon this gem of a company. Rahman was quick to the point about the potential cause of the problem over the phone and came over later this afternoon. I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new
Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.
The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.
