Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!

Had System-ex out there a couple days ago to deal with a leaky faucet. They were very quick to get to my place. They were very helpful and fixed my problem very quickly. Even gave recommendations to how to prevent this from happening again. Would definitely call them with any other issues plumbing issues.
