New house by Avi, wife not happy with stove, wanted a switch out, and at the last minute. Wife was very frustrated with all the move. This morning our water heater broke. We placed an online request for a replacement before business hours. They responded to us immediately and within a few hours were at our door with a replacement model. Mark & Brad were very professional, polite, informative and funny. washer not draining. called at 9am, made an appointment for 10:30 am. Technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, had a pump for my older model washer in the truck. Repaired, tested, and minor service to the washer complete in an hour. Gave some hints on washer use to extend life. Can't expect better or quicker service than that!

Our fridge was not working 9PM. Booked online on their website and got a confirmation email back booking the appointment for the next day. Super nice lady called me back on the phone around 8:30AM the next day.
Tech arrived on time and had the parts needed to fix the problem. Everyone was excellent to deal with. Very professional! We will be telling all of our friends about the amazing service we recieved.
