We are Brantford's newest yoga studio offering daily classes for students at various levels of practice. Our yoga classes have roots in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition and are designed to help you create mindful awareness of your body while building strength, flexibility and an overall sense of comfort and ease. Lisa Kessig, RMT is a recent graduate of Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). She is licensed in the Province of Ontario and a certified member of CMTO and RMTAO. Lisa is excited to be joining the team at My Cambridge Health with owner, Deborah Capstick, RTCMP, RAc whose focus is Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Lisa's kind and open personality will make you feel instantly at ease. Lisa has comforting manner and a willingness to listen to your specific problems or complaints. Her massage involves using specific stroking or kneading techniques from one or a combination of the massage traditions.
