Nelson's artist owned and operated working gallery in the heart of historical Baker street. The Owner operated gallery features the whimsical dreamscape artwork of Ting Yuen, wildlife photography featuring local and exotic animals in their natural habitat by Paul Morel and an eclectic jewelry collection designed and made on location by both Art Rush owners.

To provide training, consultation, communication, and coordination which do not duplicate or compete with local arts council efforts, but rather assist them in carrying out their activities more effectively, as well as bringing to bear regional and provincial issues and perspectives, and sharing assistance and expertise often not available on the local level.
