This will improve relaxation and develop leadership skills to help focus on the tasks of today's busy lifestyle. Sun Hang Do training improves physical well-being through proper exercise, with a focus on breathing and food control. By following our proper stretching curriculum, students will be able to rehabilitate their physical problems. Sun Hang Do's purpose is to allow the mind and body to become one with each other. When a person can achieve this harmony, they will lead a healthy and successful life!
Frames West Gallery has been in business for over 25 years. It is a full gallery in that we have original art work, giclees, limited editions but specialize in custom framing. Customers are one-on-one, e have our own framer and assembler. We have a no time pressure while designing the piece. The design staff in the gallery have over 33 years of experience in creativity, layouts and designs and the framing and assembly staff have over 50 years experience. Our work is handled by the Frames West Gallery team only and is not sent off-site for work. Customers should not think that because the word Gallery appears that the framing is more expensive. We also have ready-to-go Jersey Boxes and can do Customized Jersey Boxes. Special Event Design and Decor available. We can meet your needs here.
